This National company is seeking an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills to join their busy teamThe role is varied to ensure project deadlines are met at all times
Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, internal departments and engineers
- Maintain and update of company registers and records
- Purchasing materials and equipment to ensure all work is completed
- Effective resource planning
- Monitoring and maintenance of staff working hours
- Produce weekly and monthly statistic report
- General admin duties

- Positive, proactive and flexible approach
- Good task and time keep skills
- Honesty and integrity
- Ability to build effective relationships with line managers and clients
- Ability to work confidently at all times
- Self organiser and able to set own priorities within defined parameters
- Advance computer skills, focusing on Microsoft software's
- Excellent oral and written communication

£21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
