What we're looking for from you to join our team
We're pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our People team, reporting into the Organisational Development Manager.


As a People Advisor in our Organisational Development (OD) team, you will work closely with managers and colleagues across the organisation to identify and understand development needs now and in the future.

You will carry out learning needs analysis and will work with managers to offer a range of creative solutions that support the development of our colleagues.

You will facilitate team days, deliver management development activities including our new leadership development programme and lead on the use, development and evaluation of our e-learning platform.

You will be involved in exciting OD projects that will contribute to the ongoing success of the organisation and its ability to adapt to changing priorities and external challenges.

You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will have previously worked in a busy People team.

You'll understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion and have experience of working with internal and external stakeholders to develop tangible solutions to business challenges and achieve positive outcomes.


To be successful in the role you will be a proactive and driven individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

You'll be able to work well with colleagues at all levels and have excellent stakeholder management skills.

You will develop insight into business needs and challenges and be able to adapt your approach to respond to different situations.


It's essential that applicants have previous experience of working in a similar OD or Learning & Development related role and be comfortable and confident in providing advice to colleagues on a range of different OD queries.

You will be based in either in Cheshire or Merseyside, working both at home and in office.

Interviews will be held on 17th August 2023 in Liverpool.
