Personal Assistant to Director - London, United Kingdom - Tandem Set and Scenery LTD

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the Director's calendar, travel arrangements, and appointments
- Handle administrative duties, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing files and records
- Assist with various tasks such as event planning, project management, and conducting research
- Act as a liaison between the Director and other staff members, clients, and partners
- Be comfortable with working under pressure and handling multiple tasks at the same time
- Be proficient in using computer programs like Word, Excel and other relevant software
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when needed
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Experience in the entertainment and creative industries would be an advantage
- A driver's license would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
Salary:
Negotiable, depending on experience
Location:
Primarily based in London but may be required to spend time at our Kent based site

From £28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
