I am seeking a
Senior Operations Manager who will lead on operational management of 7
Extra Care services based within
London (Tower Hamlets and Wandsworth specifically).

The services you will have oversight of, support older people with a range of needs including; dementia, long term health conditions, physicaldisabilities and some mental health needs.

You will lead a team of Registered Care Managers and ensure high quality services are delivered as standard, consistently.

  • Have a minimum of 4 years of management experience, ideally supporting older people with physical disabilities and/or complex or mental health needs.
  • Have sound knowledge and understanding of CQC standards and requirements.
  • Have an NVQ in Health & Social Care Level 4 or 5, or a Registered Managers Award.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) role, typically Monday-Friday, however flexibility is required to meet the needs of your services which may include evenings and/or weekends.

For your hard work you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £55,000 perannum and a generous annual leave entitlement of 30 days plus 8 additional statutory days.
