Laboratory Administrator - Leeds, United Kingdom - CARE Fertility
Description
You'll be instrumental in helping us to run a smooth and efficient Laboratory, by supporting the Quality Manager in documentation control, booking laboratory appointments, diagnostic tests and registering patients.
Keeping in contact with our patients, sending storage letters to them to understand how they wish to proceed with us.
You'll also support our Embryologists by scanning documents into our system for secure storage and preparing laboratory paperwork for patient treatments.
Through your ability to manage the administration of the Embryology dept, you'll be a huge part in our Laboratory and ensuring its continued success.
About you
If you've worked in administration in a clinical environment then that would be ideal; because then you'll really understand this role.
However, that's not essential - maybe you've worked in both customer service and administration, and you have a strong understanding of delivering excellence for people, written and verbal, with accuracy and in a timely fashion.
We're looking for great team players who can work alone, unsupervised as well.
Attention to detail cannot be stressed enough, this is a medical environment and mistakes are not just extremely costly to everybody involved, they can be dangerous.
Excellent communication is required as you'll be delivering a high-quality patient experience - you're acting as a Care Fertility ambassador in all of your interactions.
Location/Benefits:
This is a 12 month fixed-term contract based at Seacroft Hospital, York Rd, Leeds LS14 6UH, we have free onsite parking.
