Our purpose built Care Homes and Retirement Village are based in St George's Park, Ditchling Road, within 3 miles of both Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill, set within 250 acres of beautiful gardens and farmlands, in an area of outstanding natural beauty with views overlooking the South Downs.


Role Overview


The primary responsibility for the Administrative Assistant is to assist the Administrator in providing accurate and timely admin support to the CEO, Senior Management Team and Staff working within the Admin Centre, as well as greeting all guests and ensuring the reception area is presentable at all times.

This entails projecting the quality image of Augustinian Care and upholding its standards of excellence.


Administration, Record Keeping and Communication

  • Maintain all records whether on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis, as required.
  • Attend meetings as required and produce accurate and timely minutes.
  • Produce correspondence and reports as required by the Administrator, CEO or the Senior Management Team.
  • Liaise with other departments and provide them with accurate information as required.
  • Carry out work for the Estates and Transport Departments, including maintaining the vehicle annual MOT/Service/Defects schedule and the Transport Calendar e.g. organising drivers for appointments and trips out.


Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required as is a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience of using office equipment such as switchboard, photocopier/scanner, franking machine etc. would be an advantage.

Pay:
From £19,999.00 per year
