As an
All-Quality Events (AQE) Quality Gate Auditor **, you will conduct audits on fully or partially built machines to a takt time, following inspection standard work documents.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Record defect information in detail to the quality gate visual management boards/ management systems
- Clearly communicate defects and support area personnel as defects are identified
- Provide detailed quality feedback at daily quality meetings
- Participate in defect investigations and component inspection as required
- Adhere to the Company's Health & Safety Policy and safe working practices
- Adhere to Caterpillar's Values in Action: Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, Teamwork & Sustainability.

- Experience of Built in Quality process
- All Quality Events (AQE) experience
- The ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions/procedures
- High level of attention to detail
- Understanding of Caterpillar Paint Quality Acceptance Standards
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills
- Ability to work through quality issues in a methodical manner
- Willing to work a multishift system
- Working ability with mechanical assembly
- Basic IT skills
