Team Administrator - London, United Kingdom - Heathrow
Description
As a Team Administrator in our Services function, you will provide a fully comprehensive service to our teams at all levels to enable successful delivery of the team's priorities.
This role is Monday to Friday and there will be an opportunity to work from home one day a week.
Your role will involve:
- Preparing and taking minutes, tracking actions on behalf of the team and steering committees and governance groups.
- Supporting in the preparation of documentation e.g., PowerPoint and excel.
- Organising meetings and events, preparing agendas, collating, and circulating documents in a timely manner.
- Developing and maintaining effective and efficient admin systems including document control, archiving and shared files.
- Raising and receipt of Purchase Orders on behalf of the Company where appropriate.
- Liaising with third party suppliers/contacts in the delivery of functional requirements.
These skills are essential:
- Experience with managing diaries and minute taking.
- Ability to prioritise a demanding workload and changing deliverables whilst maintaining a high level of service.
- Excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Previous experience in administration
