We are currently on the lookout for a Office Manager to join our London team.


The Role

  • Responsible for ensuring all visitors are greeted on arrival
  • Keeping the office space clean and tidy
  • Helping to coordinate functions / events for the group
  • Support with admin duties for the Directors
  • Preparation of meeting rooms
  • Managing of weekly reports which will be sent to our major stakeholders within the business
  • Proactively looking to improve things within the office
  • Incoming post
  • Diary Management
  • Ideally someone who has worked within an office manager role, however working for a recruitment agency would be desirable
  • Strong leadership skills, with focus on management
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention detail
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The role would be paying up to £30,000 with could include a yearly bonus depending on performance.
