Description
My client in Horsham is seeking a new empty homes and lettings coordinator to work as part of a team collaboratively to provide an innovative empty homes and lettings service to minimise revenue loss and increase value for money, whilst striving for an improvedcustomer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need to prove that you are an excellent communicator with the ability to analyse information and present it clearly.
You should have a demonstrable record of responding to customer feedback in a professionalmanner and experience of managing customer's expectations.
- Strong, extensive and proven background in similar customer service roles
- Strong experience of following processes and using initiative
- Great at managing expectations
- Work with customer complaints in a mature and professional manner
- Team player, working together on team objectives
