Ad hoc receptionist cover:

Main responsibilities**:
- to be the first point of contact in meeting and greeting all visitors and customers to the company

  • Administer the switchboard accordingly
  • Answer a high volume of calls on a daily basis
  • General administrative duties and maintenance
  • Any other delegated duties relevant to the post
