Logistics Administrator to join their team.

Ballymena.

Salary
£23,000- £26,000 (Negotiable) + Additional Fantastic Benefits and Perks & Progression Opportunities


Responsibilities:


  • Management of Groupage Customer Service Department
  • Responsible for efficient and accurate processing of customer jobs, pricing and invoicing
  • Maintaining proper and accurate Pre-Shipment records and Post-Shipment Administration including POD management.
Liaise with customers, address issues in a timely manner and provide updates as required

  • Inputting accurate data on to our Transport Management System
  • General Administrative Tasks

The Ideal Person:


  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience of using and fully proficient with software packages such as MS Excel & Word etc.
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment
