Head of Global Operations


As the Head of Global Operations for this technology-based business you will lead a cross functional team to deliver a high-class service to its customer base within the UK and across the globe.

You will create an environment which allows each individual to shine and deliver the best possible service to it's customer base.


You will also be tasked with not only managing some of the UK operations but assisting and facilitating the opening of strategic operational sites across key global markets such as Australia.


The business performs a specific function to their clients that allows the expansion of their headcount with high quality, vetted applicants.

This is a real high-volume business delivering it's service to and interacting with hundreds of thousands of people each year.

Key Responsibilities ad their Head of Global Operations

  • Enable to the business to deliver a firstclass service by ensuring that the operation has the right processes, procedures, environment, and expertise in place. This will include the use of all technologies available.
  • Devise and implement a platform and strategy that enables the UK business to be replicated at key locations globally.
  • Being part of the senior leadership team, you will be instrumental in the opening and management of new global operations.
  • Build relationships and lead the development of new partners, such as 3rd party businesses to assist on the running of new global operations.
  • Build, develop and lead the people within your team, empowering each of them to excel, in turn delivering the highest standards of work.


We would love to hear from you if you are, or have operated as Senior/Head of Global Operations role within a fast paced, high volume business.

It would be a distinct advantage if you have led or been part of a business global expansion and you have managed an international operation.


To succeed as their Head of Global Operations you really need to have a high interest in technology and to be constantly on the lookout for ways in which to use technology to assist in the automation of some processes.


You should be able build, lead and influence a team of people to understand and believe in your business strategy.


The business has been established for over 10 years and is a technology services provider to a range of industries.

It operates from a head office in Bedfordshire.


This is a Hybrid role and you will receive a base salary, 25 days leave plus bank holidays, a reward scheme, excellent working conditions, team, and business events.
