Job overview:
Are you an experienced administrator in search of a new challenge? As part of the children's community nursing service expansion, we are looking to recruit a Team Coordinator to support with our transformation and future model.
The post holder will provide a consistent, efficient service to the children, young people, their families and team members in the context of a diverse and varying workload.
Proposed interview date: 20th December
Main duties of the job:
To demonstrate and promote unconditional positive values towards children and their families and act as a good role model for all staff members.
The post holder will assist in the development of the service, including audit tools, patient outcome reports and completion of audits to aid the understanding and development of the children's community nursing services.
