Description
Our client is looking for 2X residential Property Inventory Clerks to join their team.


They offer flexible working days and hours to suit you within a self-employed basis, with their reports being able to be completed remotely after visiting the properties.

**Your day to day duties where required: - **- Collecting Keys from Estate Agents/ Landlords

  • Carrying out New Inventory Compilations, Check Out, Check In and Mid Term inspections
  • Inventories: Accurately detailing the entire property and all furnishings and fittings within if applicable. Taking detailed photographs of the property and any damage.
  • Compiling comprehensive

Check Out Reports:

Making a detailed comparison between the property at check in and the condition at the end of tenancy, Identifying any works needed, damages or maintenance issues.


  • Identify Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, ensure they are tested & meter readings are photographed and recorded.
  • Carrying out interim inspections during tenancy and reporting the property condition back to the landlord/agents and any maintenance requirements.
  • Handing keys over to the Tenants or returning keys to the Estate Agents/ Landlords
**Skills required:

  • Residential property inventory experience is preferable but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work off of your own initiative
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to meet deadlines
  • The ability to show compassion and empathy
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular Microsoft Word.
  • Access to own transport

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract


Salary:
£14,335.66-£34,778.77 per year
