Description
Menzies Distribution are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. You'll be supporting the existing team of Recruitment Managers with the end to end recruitment and on boarding journey.


As you become more comfortable and accustomed to our processes, you'll combine the day-to-day administrative duties with wider scope recruitment activities such as writing adverts and leading on campaigns under the guidance of the team.


Based on a 35 hour week working Monday - Friday this role will be a hybrid role with the need to travel to sites when required.


Recruitment Coordinator Duties:


  • Working with the wider Recruitment Team to support the end to end resourcing and on boarding process
  • Deal with invoices, create purchase orders and raise cheque requisitions for the department.
  • Being the first point of contact by managing the department mailbox
  • Reviewing processes regularly to ensure they are fit for purpose and adapting accordingly as required
  • Assist the team in recruitment training sessions with hiring managers

Recruitment Coordinator Requirements:


  • Previous experience a recruitment role is preferable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of recruitment software is preferrable
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Full driving licence with own vehicle with the ability to travel to different sites to fit business needs
