A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a growing multidisciplinary consultancy for a proactive Retrofit coordinator to join them out of their Preston office.

The Company
The successful junior sustainability consultant can join a supportive and rapidly growing consultancy who specialise in Building Surveying.

They have recently opened up a sustainability division and offer a range of services, which are expected to grow organically.

The Retrofit Coordinator

The successful retrofit coordinator must have PAS 2035 Retrofit coordinator qualification.
Prior experience with carrying out domestic or commercial energy assessments highly beneficial
Assisting with assessing domestic and commercial sites
Reviewing and checking reports
Developing retrofit plans
Assisting with overall management of the projects
Liaising with surveyors, architects etc.
Strong technical knowledge
Microsoft 365 proficient
Excellent communication skills
Full driving license
