What does a Social Creative do at The Kitchen?**As our onsite Social Creative, you'll conceptualise and produce engaging, thumb-stopping TikToks, reels and social assets for Heinz UK. Collaborating closely with the Sr. Social Media Manager and Content Strategist, you'll lead the development of our social creative, ideating social-first concepts, overseeing a pool of content creators, and using your expertise of the platforms to develop creative that differentiates and propels the brands' online presence. You'll be based partially on-site (The Shard, London, UK) with the Kraft Heinz marketing team so need to be comfortable to work directly with client, and partially at home.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation of creative concepts and execution for the alwayson social and campaign activations
  • Develop the endtoend creative, from initial creative concept, to storyboard, right through to final asset production, even producing & starring in your own TikToks on occasion
  • Brief content creators across TikTok and Instagram, championing conceptual thinking and great creative, leading by example
  • Create best in class social creative by adapting global tool kits & creative assets from external agency partners
  • Utilise your knowledge of TikTok and shooting inplatform to create platformfirst, socially relevant content
  • Undertake simple retouching and editing of your assets
  • Responsible for Growth by creating compelling content that has consistent engagement

Requirements:


  • Strong experience in Creative & Design, with a strong track record of producing TikToks and video assets across social channels that get attention
  • Indepth knowledge of TikTok and Instagram capabilities, keeping your creative ideas ontrend and up to date with the platforms fastpaced innovations
  • Strong presentation skills to confidently lead creative sessions, demonstrated ability of leading and managing teams to provide creative direction and coaching
  • Socialnative perspective, thinking about the purpose of content and how to create engaging and performing assets
  • A passion for all things food, and keeping up with the latest food trends, influencers, innovations, etc.
  • Insideout knowledge of TikTok capabilities, best practices, community, trends & culture. Fluent in TikTok's newest features, as well as formats popular on the platform
  • Technical knowledge of scripting, shooting and editing, comfortable appearing in front of the camera
