You will be from a top-tier practice background, degree educated, holding a professional accountancy qualification and practical experience in reporting and control, external/internal audit with knowledge of compliance, risk and governance.

You should be agood communicator who can influence and act with integrity to support the business values.

The role involves:

Identifying weaknesses in processes, controls, contracts and procedures focusing on areas of improvement and making recommendations to the board and senior stakeholders.
Business Partnering to implement actions when the controls are not at the levels expected.
Support the corporate governance requirements of the business.
Focus on reporting and control issues, and influence the most senior stakeholders in the organisation to drive improvements.
Develop and maintain business partnerships in key areas across the company and promote risk and control accordingly.
