The role - Behaviour Mentor - Haringey

Demonstrate positive Behaviour
Provide materials and techniques to help with students challenging behaviour
Working alongside the behavioural team, SLT members and the class teacher
Modelling the school's ethos and values
Provide mentoring sessions to help with a child's behaviour
Provide 1:1 support to those who need it
Prepare the classroom for learning

Thew school - Behaviour Mentor -Haringey
This is a lovely school based in the London borough of Haringey. They are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join their successful behavioural team. This individual will need to be proactive and be able to think quickly on their feet. They need to be confident especially when challenging situations arise.

In order to build and develop relationships with students and staff, the ideal Behaviour Mentor needs to be approachable and warm.

With an Outstanding Ofsted report the next Behaviour Mentor will fit in perfectly.
