What Will You Do

  • Creating, dealing with, and following up on new and existing leads.
  • Ensuring the customer database is updated on a daily basis.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, recommending and demonstrating correct products for their needs.
  • Promoting the park and the local area through local marketing initiatives to generate leads.
  • Preparing and maintaining high standards with all show homes and onsite marketing.
  • Working as part of a park team you will be focused on consistently delivering a five star service.
  • Completing sales paperwork, ensuring the sales operation is operating to the standards set out by the site licence and the business

  • Demonstrate high levels of integrity and credibility at all times.
  • Be ultrareliable and be a fantastic team player that can operate in a fast thinking environment.
  • To have excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with all customers.
  • Good telesales skills.
  • Possess very good planning and organisational skills.
  • A high skill level in administration, diary management and the ability to follow up within agreed time frames.
  • Driving licence required
