Responsibilities:


  • Sales ledger invoice raising and issue of customer statements, dealing with customers on credit control matters and allocating cash real time.
  • Accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll and all relating administrative duties.
  • Month end reconciliations and journals.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:


  • AAT qualifications desirable.
  • 5 GCSE's grade A-C including Maths and English essential.
  • Methodical/organised approach with excellent time management skills.
  • Working well under time pressure and ability to work to deadlines with high accuracy levels.
  • Show attention to detail.
  • IT proficient with welldeveloped excel skills.
  • Confidence with problem solving.
  • A healthy appetite for learning and ability to pick new skills up quickly
  • High level of both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and independently.
  • Team player

Job Types:
Part-time, Temp to perm

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sheffield, S25 4JJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
