We are working with a very successful Financial Planning/Wealth Management organisation in Gloucester to recruit a Financial Services Administrator.

The company are highly regarded and have grown substantially over the past few years, they are a boutique business that have a friendly working environment.

They are now seeking to recruit an Administrator who can join their growing team. The role will focus on supporting the overall wealth management team.


Duties include:


  • Preparing and issuing client review packs to Advisers in advance of client meetings
  • Undertaking analysis
  • Opening and handling client post
  • Administer Bed and ISA transactions and annual realignment
  • Accurately input new enquiry information onto the internal system

To be considered:


  • Experience within a Financial Services environment
  • Attention to detail & ideally experience using Microsoft products i.e. Excel
