Role Overview
Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Compliance Assistant to join our passionate and driven Compliance team in Edinburgh. The Compliance Assistance will report directly to the Snr Compliance Manager.

The role will be office-based to assist the Snr Compliance Manager in all aspects required to maintain the organisation's accreditation.

After training, there will be some opportunities to work from home.

This is a busy office and varied role which will require excellent communication and the ability to adapt to the demands of the business.

Offering H&S advise to many people and making sure the mandatory checks are done. This position would be ideal for someone who wants to progress into the world of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Add and update applicant records into the database.
  • Provide guidance to Operatives on ECS cards due to recent card type changes now available
  • Produce and maintain the ACA Log and provide Finance with a Report each month

About You:


  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Previous experience in a busy office environment
  • Fully conversant in MS Office Packages, particularly Excel & SharePoint
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all written correspondence and when entering employee data into the systems
  • Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise high volumes of administrative activities and workload meeting the demands of the business
  • The ability to communicate with people from different levels of the organisation and across the different lines of business
