Role Overview
Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Compliance Assistant to join our passionate and driven Compliance team in Edinburgh. The Compliance Assistance will report directly to the Snr Compliance Manager.

The role will be office-based to assist the Snr Compliance Manager in all aspects required to maintain the organisation's accreditation.

After training, there will be some opportunities to work from home.

This is a busy office and varied role which will require excellent communication and the ability to adapt to the demands of the business.

Offering H&S advise to many people and making sure the mandatory checks are done. This position would be ideal for someone who wants to progress into the world of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Add and update applicant records into the database.
Provide guidance to Operatives on ECS cards due to recent card type changes now available
Produce and maintain the ACA Log and provide Finance with a Report each month

About You:

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Previous experience in a busy office environment
Fully conversant in MS Office Packages, particularly Excel & SharePoint
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all written correspondence and when entering employee data into the systems
Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise high volumes of administrative activities and workload meeting the demands of the business
The ability to communicate with people from different levels of the organisation and across the different lines of business
