About the role:


This role offers the opportunity to join Attivo at an exciting time, directly supporting our Chairman and delivering a business critical role.


As the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational, and logístical service, helping to manage and prioritise time and find ways to minimise unwanted distractions.


We are offering an initial fixed term contract for 12 months, with the possibility for extension and potential for the role to be made permanent.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Maintain the organisation of Chairman diary and make appointments for business meetings and phone calls in the work diary to ensure smooth running and optimal use of time
  • Provide an excellent service for Chairman's visitors to the Group's offices to create and maintain a professional and welcoming impression of the Group
  • Act as a first point of contact for all incoming calls for Chairman in order to maximise relationships and minimise disruption to Chairman
  • Manage all correspondence addressed to Chairman and action accordingly, maintaining an organised system for ease of use
  • Attend both internal and external meetings and take accurate minutes and inform the Chairman of any outstanding actions
  • Liaise with other staff members to collate documentation and ensure Chairman is thoroughly prepared for all meetings, providing a good impression to guests and attendees
  • Provide an ongoing excellent level of administrative support for business matters to ensure timely completion and little disruption to Chairman
  • Arrange staff events and company briefings and additional staff entertainment as required
  • Supporting on coordination and of Group events and special projects.

About you:

You're super organised and proactive. You want work for an ambitious and growing business, where no two days are ever the same. Your communication skills are advanced and you are able to articulate complex business matters.

You're an experienced PA or EA and have supported C - Suite before, ideally within Financial or Professional Services.

If you have background in Project Management, this would be an advantage, particularly if this is combined with a strong business acumen.

You are a relationship-builder, able to influence without authority, and actively position yourself as the go-to person for support.


Essential skills and experience**- Demonstrable knowledge and experience working as a Manager, PA/ EA reporting directly to senior management

  • Experience of providing support to C-Suite
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to write wellarticulated documents
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Be able to deal with sensitive and confidential issues in a professional manner
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs, or equivalent, graded A-B (6), including Maths and English

Desirable skills and experience**- Educated to degree level

  • Experience of working within financial services

Salary and benefits
Up to £45,000 depending on experience.
