A fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest Estate Agency brands in London with over 40 offices across the UK.

They are now looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their Hyde Park branch in London.


Some duties but not limitless:

  • Arranging and attending viewings
  • Giving regular feedback to all parties
  • Registering tenants
  • Generate valuations
  • Negotiating tenancies with landlords and tenants
  • Carry out letting appraisals and marketing
  • Cover smooth running of the office in Managers absence
  • Creating new business opportunities
Skills and Attributes

  • 2 years letting experience
  • ARLA qualification beneficial
  • An uptodate understanding of the market trends, local property values
  • Confident with an outgoing personality
  • Target driven and ambitious to succeed
  • Polite, professional in outlook, attitude and appearance
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • An individual who is looking to progress their career
  • Full uk driving licence
Salary £20,000 - £23,000 pa OTE £40,000
