Who are Northern Energy?

We are a family business where people care about what they do: what is that exactly?

To provide our off grid and commercial customers with their best experience of a fuel delivery from beginning to end.

Role

Northern Energy are currently looking for a self motivated driver ideally with a knowledge and qualifications from working in the fuel industry

The role is loading a rigid 6 wheel tanker in Gosforth and delivering to our customers on LPG bulk tanks (not bottles/cylinders)

Most of our customers are Domestic premises living off grid as well as commercial customers such as factories, hotels and agriculture

Positions

This is a small satellite site - We are looking for someone to be the lead driver in this site, be a self starter caring about where you work and the customers you have.

Hours & Days

The role is Monday - Thursday May to October and then 4 on 4 off with anther seasonal driver in the winter

Essential Skills

Class2 with tight delivery's experience.
Maximum of 3 points on their licence.
Excellent English and communications as customer relations are Encouraged

ADR

Core, Class 2, 3 & Tank minimum
Class work will be largely class 2 but some will be class 1 when required

Preferred

Driving Manual split box trucks
Immediate start
Full Drivers CPC
Safely operate a tanker truck to transport liquid cargo to designated locations

Salary £15.40 PH £21.00 OT After 40 hours Including PAID Breaks
