Description
We are looking to recruit a Deputy Security Manager at our client site in Hammersmith.

Main roles and responsibilities are.
Acting as a first line support to employees and visitors to site, providing a professional and friendly service.
Being a visible security contact for customers and staff.
Informing violators of policy and procedures.
Deterring anti-social behaviour, theft, and criminal activity.
Fire, security and building systems monitoring.
Quickly responding to incidents within minutes of them occurring
Writing reports up about any disturbances that may have occurred.
Service area barrier control and traffic management.

To be successful in this role you will need.
SIA Door Supervisor & CCTV License are both essential for this role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Fully fluent in both written and spoken English.
To be quick thinking, able to work under pressure and can lead by example.
Experience of working within the Security Industry is an advantage.
Ability to work on own initiative.
A professional demeanour with sound judgement and integrity
Ability to remain calm in challenging situations self-motivated and the ability to motivate others.
Sound negotiating techniques.
Honest and trustworthy.
