A multi-award-winning Private Practice based in SW1, Central London are seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor with 6+ months industry experience to join their team.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will work alongside Residential Occupiers, Developers and Investors operating predominantly with High-End Residential and commercial properties throughout London's most prestigious postcodes.

You'll carry out bothprofessional and project services, including dilapidations, party wall matters, condition surveys and contract administration.

As the new Assistant you'll be offered a person-specific APC support program, this team have successfully got 4 Assistant Building Surveyor's Chartered over the last year and offer additional APC support and CPD exposure to those looking to improve theirknowledge.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor?

BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
6+ months industry experience
Residential Building Surveying exposure preferred
Committed and ambitious for career progression
A clientfacing demeanour
Strong communicator both written and verbal
Work well within a team and on own initiative
