Vacancy Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Communities and Wellbeing Service.

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Interim Service Director Communities and Wellbeing.

This role will support the work of the service area, which includes, managing calendars and workloads, arranging meetings with a range of colleagues and stakeholders, taking accurate and comprehensive minutes.

Working to tight timescales, updating files and records using existing systems, handling telephone enquiries, producing a range of documents and providing specialist admin support for the Service.


It is essential that the post holder is able to prioritise, manage own workload, work flexibly, be able to multi-task and use own initiative.
