We have an exciting opportunity to work with our client, a leading London Charity, as a Grants Administrative Assistant.

This is a temporary role with the benefit of fully remote working.


Admin Assistant Main Responsibilities:


  • Support triage of grants
  • Regularly liaise with grantees to ensure disbursement payments are made on schedule
  • Collecting and recording information on the progress of each grantee's capital project
  • Report writing
  • Support general administrative coordination across approved grants
  • Support and contribute to implementation and delivery of the organisation's strategy
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties

Admin Assistant Essential Skills:


  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good team player
  • Excel skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
From £13.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in London
