We are currently seeking a professional, experienced, passionate and self-motivated
Lead Creative Stylist to join our Bob Cloche team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £14.87 / per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of £13.14, plus a qualified estimate of £1.73 per hour in gratuities and service charge.

As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

You'll work across a variety of shifts, starting earliest at 9am and latest finish 9pm. Weekend work required including the flexibility working on Sundays.

We are open to exploring contract type, flexibility and availability to work weekends is a must.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

Using your incredible eye for detail and passion for hair, you'll make sure each of our clients look their very best; you'll interpret their needs, provide suggestions they may not have considered, including options that would work well for their face shape, hair and lifestyle
Appreciating sitting in the salon's 'hotseat' can be intimidating for many clients, you'll use your interpersonal skills to put our clients at ease and help your clients relax by engaging them in conversation
Staying up to date with new styles and industry trends; embracing new developments, sharing and adapting these with our clients
Being actively involved in supporting the Assistant Spa Manager; ensuring presentation of the hair station experience and retail areas are beautifully maintained
Supporting the Assistant Spa Manager in organising and supervising the team through to planning all resources required
You'll be fully informed and up to date with all of the facilities, activities events and promotions across the estate, you'll share and promote these with our clients
Taking an active part in team meetings; you'll proactively discuss future strategies through bringing your creative flair
Assisting with the training and development of your colleagues, you'll role model the standards and service we strive for within the Beauty Lodge; emphasising motivation, empowerment, teamwork, and a passion for service
Working hard to achieve our retail targets, upselling products and services where possible
You'll have working knowledge of the Salons Health Safety, Fire and Accident and reporting procedures, confidently knowing what to do under such circumstances
Working alongside the Assistant Spa Manager on Inventory management and ensuring constant adequate stock levels
Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

The kind of person we're looking for**:

You have at least 5 years' experience within a similar role and are very confident in blow dries as these are extremely popular within our Bob Cloche salon
You hold Level 2 in hairdressing and your experience is outstanding, covering a range of different styles, colours and hair types
Passionate for hairstyling and the artistry that comes with it, you're eager to continue to learn and progress
Along with your technical skills, you're confident, outgoing and able to easily relate to people; you understand exactly what great service looks like
Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about
