Market Drayton site for a Continuous Improvement Practitioner

An exciting opportunity to join our Market Drayton Dairy, due to our continued success we are going through a period of major investment and are looking to recruit a Continuous Improvement Practitioner.

This role will be a part of Muller's UK Manufacturing Operations, producing a quality product and meeting specifications according to laid down procedures in the most efficient way.

This is a permanent role, working hours Monday-Friday.

Role & Responsibilities
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys a challenge. A clear team player with the ability to work under their own initiative.

You will be working with all levels of the factory, therefore great communication skills are a must as well as an ability to inspire and motivate people.

Our operation is 24/7 therefore the successful individual would need to be flexible around the hours they work, although nominally this is a days based role.
