Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit a
Quality Inspector who will ensure we deliver high-quality products to our customer base.

The role will be to ensure that the company's product meets all quality standards before it goes to market.

As a Quality Inspector, you are working alongside a growing team, looking at the general processes on site and looking for ways to add value.

a good understanding of quality systems & tools. Have the ability to communicate
effectively at all levels, demonstrating good leadership. You will need to adapt quickly to new in-house systems and be able to prioritise workloads accordingly.


Essential Duties and Responsibilites:


  • Achieve departmental Key Performance Indicators on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly basis.
  • Inspect all items manufactured on the line by the Final Inspection Checklist.
  • Nonconforming products are to be identified.
  • Primary role of making the decision process is to accept, rework or reject any nonconforming
- material.

  • Take part in complaint and remake investigation.
  • Identify weaknesses in the process.
  • Support the Line supervisors, providing clear information for any products rejected.
  • Minor repairing of products such as corner cleaning, penning in, and cleaning of products.
  • Support team members if other lines if the balancing of the lines is uneven.
  • Housekeeping standards to be always met.
  • Continuously improves the products and processes used to manufacture Window,
  • Door and prevent producing nonconforming material.
  • Participate in the implementation of corrective actions with process owners
  • Improvement team.

Requirements:


  • Analyse and assist with problemsolving, root cause analysis, and corrective action(s)
  • Communicate trends & actions with regards to the cost of quality.
  • Perform any additional tasks identified to support the Quality/Continuous
  • Experience within a qualitybased/inspection role would be an advantage.
  • You will need a strong work ethic and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
  • Relevant knowledge/experience of machining and/or assembly processes.
  • Experience using engineering measuring devices.
  • Committed and supportive team player.
  • The ability to grow within the role and continually look to improve.
  • Working knowledge/experience of fastpaced assembly processes.
  • Good IT Skills, and working knowledge of EVOnet.
  • A tenacious and robust working ethic. With a good knowledge of the parts, we make.
  • A Cando, handson approach to work.
  • Able to communicate and work as part of a team.
  • Leading by example on quality, health and safety.

The pay structure for this role is to commence on £11.44 Per hour, once pass probation the rate of pay will increase to £12.03 with further increases available with progression._
