- Dayshifts (8am to 3pm) Backshifts (3pm to 11pm)Wakened** Night Shifts and Sleepovers (11pm to 8am)
Let us introduce you to Town View:
Town View is a House of Multiple Occupancy that is home to 5 people that we support. The house is an open, bright and homely environment designed to accommodate people with varying support needs.
The team consists of approximately 15 personal assistantsthat work together as a team to deliver professional, compassionate and person-centred care to the residents.
A typical day working consists of supporting people to get ready, this will involve full personal care and supporting to carry out their day-to-day activities.
Your day would be varied:
attending health appointments, going shopping or out for a local walk.
No day is the same and this role requires someone who is flexible and dynamic in their approach to working as part of the team.
What Daniel, Craig, Gemma, Jason and Cameron are looking for:"We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun and sociable person who can help support us with a wide range of individual activities to access and achieve, this includes swimming, walks, going out and about in our cars and visiting new places and days away, shortbreak holiday.
We also require support with chores at home, cooking, cleaning and help with paying bills"
We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team and on their own initiative. Understand and be able to promote individuals' choices and support our complex health needs with confidence and professionalism. A willingness to undertake required trainingto ensure you have the knowledge and skills required for the role"
