We are looking for a-
Sustainable Income Coach to join our Housing Management team. We are looking for someone who has the passion, skills, and experience to contribute to our shared goals.
- The role is offered on a permanent basis with 37 hours per week.
- We are embracing hybrid working. If you are successful you can work from home some of the time if you wish, but you will need to also attend our sites for collaborative working and to forge great relationships with others.
What you'll do
- You'll take the time to develop relationships with our customers, working together to understand how to maximise their income and manage their own financial wellbeing.
- You'll be responsible for ensuring that swift arrears recovery action is taken in line with our policies and procedures, including representing us in court.

What you'll need
- To thrive in this role, you'll have proven experience in a client service environment and a strong understanding of current housing legislation and welfare reform.
- You'll be a confident communicator, using a flexible attitude to handle difficult situations and coach customers to finding solutions.

- The ability to travel to several appointments daily (including in rural areas with limited/ unreliable public transport) is essential
