Role Purpose
The core focus of this role is to provide an efficient and proactive Exports service to all our customers, overseas partners and related service providers, covering all aspects of Export operations with providing exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

Preparation of import entries in accordance with UK HMRC regulations
Job file invoicing.
Post flights.
Cost control.
Action pending tray daily.
Ensure all queries and complaints are investigated and responded to promptly, from both internal and external customers.
