Property Cleaner & Disposals


We are a large property company based in Luton providing housing to local authorities across London and the home counties.

Due to our continued expansion we are currently looking for a Property Cleaner & Disposals to cover Bedfordshire, London and surrounding areas on a full time, permanent basis.

Working in our maintenance department and ideally having 1 years' relevant experience in a similar role.

You will be responsible for clearing properties with rubbish and furniture and helping with pre/end of tenancy/after maintenance cleaning.

Our requirements and some of the duties are:

  • Clearing furniture and waste from properties when tenants move out.
  • Be able to lift and transport goods in a safe and responsible manner, including carrying furniture and other goods of different weights up and down stairs, in and out of properties.
  • Excellent cleaning skills, sweeping, mopping, deep cleaning, oven & carpet cleaning.
  • Basic garden maintenance.
  • To undertake any other duties in order to meet your team objectives as requested by your supervisor.
  • Possess good communication skills including understanding/accepting instructions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, efficient, reliable and able to work to deadlines. Must hold a valid UK driving licence. Good spoken English.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
