Description

As a member of the Human Resources Team, the postholder will support the HR Business Partner - Workforce Planning in optimizing the efficiency of the ESR system through implementation and promotion of enhancements and system developments, as well as providing training, support and guidance to all staff.

The post holder will also develop and deliver strategies to deliver the full range of benefits of the ESR system, including developing the use of the business intelligence tool and workforce information dashboards.

In addition to ESR, this role will be technical expert in other HR and recruitment systems.
