Description
IT Support Technician is required for my client based in the Thames Valley area.

YOU MUSTHAVE PREVIOUS EXPEREINCE WORKING IN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
My client is a renowned Legal firm who are looking for someone to cover for a
6-month period.
Driver's license highly desirable.

The IT Technician will provide end user support, maintenance of current systems and infrastructure support within a professional services environment.

The role will require proficiency in the use of in IT systems, including a mixture of server 2019, Windows 10, SQL server, Office 365, wireless, printers etc.

The IT Technician will report to the Network Manager.

Main Duties:

  • Provide customer service at all times and for all customers
  • To ensure IT facilities are fully operational when required.
  • Provide hardware support for desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, printers, copiers, peripherals, telephones.
  • Provide software support for computer operating systems, including Microsoft Windows to a very high level.
  • To install computer systems/ software.

Essentials:

  • Microsoft Operating System installation and support
  • Microsoft Application Software installation and support
  • Hardware installation and support in a networked environment
  • Some experience with Apple Mac computers and devices
  • Strong Windows 10 and Office 365 skills and support experience
