As the Facilities and Reception Coordinator, you'll get the opportunity to:

  • Operate reception to include opening and closing phone lines, screening and routing telephone calls and responding to enquiries from the public, vendors, and contractors
  • Meet, greet and complete security procedures for visitors
  • Escort visitors around the building for meetings with staff where required
  • Deal with facility queries providing a Helpdesk for facility issues within the building
  • Create security cards and update log of new hires and leavers
  • Support FM Manager with follow up of monthly facilities audit
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for budgetary stationery spend
  • Deal with all mail, preparing special and recorded delivery paperwork upload money onto franking machine
  • Sign for general incoming deliveries, and distribute deliveries including parcels
  • Maintain, update and distribute phone list
  • Supporting the property team

What you'll bring?

  • Previous experience of working within a similar role
  • Selfmotivated, showing initiative and responsibility
  • Able to demonstrate excellent organisational, coordinating and interpersonal skills
  • Proven dedication and attention to detail
  • Excellent typing skills and a competent user of MS Office
  • IT Skills and MS Outlook
