Our client is an established and growing Commercial office Design and Fit-Out business (Office/Workplace Design), with the head office based in Essex where they have built a strong reputation for producing innovative workplace design solutions for clients across the London and South East area.

Due to continued success they are now looking for a Mid weight Interior Designer / CAD Planner

About our Client

The client has been active in the fit out market for over 30 years with an established client base and consistent work across the London and South East area.
They are involved in varied Cat A and Cat B fit out and refurbishment projects for corporate clients which they have worked with ongoing for years.

About the Role

They are now looking for a Mid-Weight Interior Designer with previous office space planning experience to join the technical team.
Responsible for producing detailed office space plans, preparing detailed presentations and quotations
This is a great opportunity to work for a wellrespected business working along side a close knit and long servicing team, while working on bespoke and innovative projects
Applicant must be fully proficient in AutoCAD 2D (ideally Adobe Suite / SketchUp) and Microsoft Office
Experience within a commercial fit out setting
Flexible selfstarter with ability to prioritise
Analytical and problemsolving skills
