Description

Ethos Facilities Ltd are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and meticulous person to join us as Office and Fleet Administrator in our SW1 offices.

Working alongside the Office/ HR Manager, you will be responsible for essential administrative tasks within the team.

You will work together to ensure that processes are designed, established and followed, that operations run smoothly and that other professionals within the organisation can focus on performing their roles.


Key duties:


FLEET


You will learn to support the organising of MOTs, servicing, maintenance, repairs and operation of the Company fleet; working to build great relationships with service agents, lease companies and others, your role will be integral to keeping our engineers on the road and completing works.


In addition, you will be involved with organising the day to day operations of the London fleet including but not limited to the management of parking, parking tickets, congestion charge, etc.


OFFICE


You'll assist with the management of the office space and be a key point of contact for colleagues and visitors, so you must be professional with a friendly manner.


You should be a self-motivating person with a positive and organised approach, capable of taking instruction and identifying opportunities to add value.

Attention to detail is a must
- you will be processing personal data, overtime sheets and expenses claims and ensuring they are sent promptly for Payroll.


You will have the opportunity to get involved with HR matters including advertising for, recruiting and onboarding new employees, diarising meetings and taking notes, and correspondence.

Personality is key as you'll be building relationships with key partners to create strong working relationships.

Supporting office inventory, including ensuring an adequate supply of consumables, such as stationery or printer ink.


Qualifications:

Not as important as attitude

However strong GCSE passes in English and Maths would be an advantage.


Skills:

Office skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and an ability to research online.

Agile, adaptable and willing to take on tasks for personal development and team benefit.

Keen to learn to use industry-specific software and administrative procedures.

Time management and organisational skills.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written.)

Willing to undertake professional development and training.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
