A market leading manufacturer of lift-based solutions are actively seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their established team and to provide first class customer service to their clients.
Based at their offices in Romsey, you will provideadministrative support to clients after installation and assist in monthly financial tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Administration of all documentation post installation, issuing invoices to clients.
- Process 3rd party contractors invoices, resolving queries and ensuring extra costs are invoiced and recovered.
- Invoicing of products including servicing and repairs.
- Assist with order processing.
- Assist with processing direct debit payments.
- Document management, providing filing and scanning services.
Skills / Experience
You will be an experienced administrator ideally with a background in accounts, good IT skills (Microsoft Office), the ability to work both in a team and individually and have excellent communications skills.
Hours
Mon - Thurs
Friday
