Job description
We are looking to hire 2 kitchen assistants to work with the Commercial Management Team.

They will ensure the smooth kitchen operation of all commercial services, by maintaining very high standards of customer service and food & beverage at all times.

The role will start in September 2023.

Key duties

Produce food from kitchen to required standards. As we are developing a new plant based menu, experience in this would be advantageous
Complete all Cook Safe records and follow HACCP to ensure food hygiene records are maintained for inspection
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained in a clean and operational state before and after shifts and that it is secure
Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold food
Maintain high quality of product and customer service
Maintain a clean, hygienic environment within appropriate guidelines and legislation
Provide assistance and advice to customers with regards product choices

Applicants should be flexible with shifts from Monday to Sunday, and the position will include evening shifts

From £10.90 per hour

This position may also involve coffee preparation, so any experience or knowledge in coffee making would be beneficial.
