Location:
London(hybrid)

Salary:
£75,000 - £95,000 + excellent package

TEC Partners are working with a household name in Financial Services and Insurance who are looking to recruit an experienced Process Transformation Lead to join their UKGI Transformation team as they build out a new strategic function.

As a Process TransformationLead, you will work with a variety of business areas, helping to identify opportunities and implement recommendations to improve business processes.

The Process Transformation Lead will establish relationships at all levels, from managing senior stakeholders to engaging SMEs, and map processes and use data to identify opportunity, waste and improvements.

You will then use your extensive expertise tore-design processes and develop strategic cases for change.

What you'll bring:

Experience delivering business process improvement, transformation and change in Financial Services
Excellent relationship management skills at all levels
Ability to critically analyse using data
Strong understanding of process optimisation and relevant techniques, such as Lean, Six Sigma or Systems Thinking
