Customer Experience Training Facilitator - FTC*:

  • London or Manchester**Role Purpose
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a CX Training Facilitator on a Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover).


We are looking for someone with passion and expertise in Customer Service, Facilitation, and Instructional Design to join our Customer Experience Team within Property Management UK.

The key objective is to support the delivery of our customer experience capability across the UK to provide our clients with an enhanced customer proposition to differentiate CBRE's service offer and generate new revenues for the business.


As a member of the CX team, you will be engaged in facilitating our high-volume, role-based training programmes for CX Academy, designing, and implementing learning solutions, working on digital systems and tools to refresh existing and create new training content.


Flexibility across the team will be needed as well as a requirement to travel nationally, in order to deliver face to face training as required.

Reporting to Head of Customer Experience


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop CX training content using various digital modalities (eLearning, video, virtual etc).
  • Update existing materials to meet new standards set by the CX Manager (or TrainingTeam).
  • Organise and deliver training programmes in person and online to our teams across the UK.
  • Develop and facilitate adhoc training content aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in existing course content after each session considering feedback received.
  • Support with external training offering in order commercialise the CX training with external supply chain partners.
  • Keep up to date with emerging trends and industry best practices from top players in Customer Experience both inside and outside of our industry.

Person Specification/Requirements

  • Training experience within the property/hospitality industry a key advantage.
  • Experience of using Articulate 360, Storyline, PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator
  • Passionate about service excellence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid organisation and prioritisation skills.
