We are looking for a proactive and friendly Front of House to join the Facilities Team in our Bristol office, supporting the wider business, providing a friendly welcome to all who come into the office.

As a law firm, we support our clients by providing a variety of advice, across several different industries.

We are proud of the reputation we have built to date, both externally with our clients and referrers, as well as the inclusive culture and working environment we have across all our offices.

To be our next Front of House, you will need to demonstrate that you have the following experience:

Reception; experience of working as a front of house, ideally in professional services
Customer Service; exemplary experience of this, in a client/customer facing role
Maintaining and ordering of stocks such as stationery and other provisions
Carrying out H&S checks fire doors, fire extinguishers, maintaining first aid boxes
Carry out daily housekeeping checks; floor walks etc

It's vitally important that you have experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times, that you're organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
