The Best Connection are working with our client who are Europe's largest parcel delivery network. Based at their site in Washington they require temporary
Parcel Sorters to work
Night shift. These are temporary ongoing positions for Christmas peak.


Duties will include:

  • Unloading parcels delivered by wagons
  • Sorting into cages ready for deliveries to customers' homes
  • Using handheld scanners
  • Can involve lifting parcels up to 25kg.
  • Physically fit
  • Able to work Night Shift ongoing

Hours of work:

  • Nightshift runs from Monday
  • Friday
  • Shift start time 01.30am until 10.00am.

Pay rate:
- £10.09 per hour flat rate all hours - starting pay rate.
- £12.29 per hour basic rate - after 12 weeks continuous service
- £17.11 per hour overtime rate after 40 hours worked - after 12 weeks continuous service
