About the Role

At Swiss Re we are building a Risk Data & Service Platform (RDS) with an aim to deliver outstanding risk insights and services to our customers based on risk data and advanced analytics to make corporates, and ultimately the world, more resilient.

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our cross functional team.

The Operations Specialist will be part of the Platform team and will work closely with the Operations Lead within a maturing Operations function supporting the RDS team.

You will be responsible for executing operational processes ranging from pre-sales through to invoicing and offboarding.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing due diligence checks and vendor onboarding.
Supporting sales readiness activities and records management.
Pipeline tracker updates and invoicing.
User management and offboarding of clients.
Providing support and guidance for colleagues to enable existing and new processes to become established practice within the RDS team.

About You
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator with a passion for organizing within a technology and innovation focused environment. Are you a great communicator who enjoys collaborating with colleagues from different functions and at different levels? Do you enjoy finding ways to solve problems and identifying the most effective way to get things done?

Familiarity with working in and around tech platforms
A keen eye for detail while ensuring high quality in what you deliver.
Experience with identifying and implementing process improvements.
Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
Knowledge of other languages is a plus. #LI-Hybrid
